About Me

Hi ladies!

I am so glad you are venturing out into the romantic world of boudoir. I know it can be a bit scary and intimidating but rest assured you are in good hands. I sould say 99.7% of my clientele have never done anything like this before. They come in nervous and unsure of what will happen next. In fact if you weren't a little nervous I might think there was something wrong. So I would like to start with a little about me section so you can put some fears to rest.

I am a wife and mother of 5 and a grandma "aka MIMI" to an adorable almost 5 year old princess! I have been shooting my whole adult life and professionally over 25 years. I started out as an artist working in a professional photography lab, fixing mistakes the photographers made during the shoot. This was before digital and computers when all the artwork was done by hand with paint brushes and pencils. I learned lighting, posing and what to look for when shooting. After 3 years, I was hired on at The Kansas City Star as an advertising photographer. I worked on publications such as Savor Magazine, Spaces, and K.C. Weddings. It was there that I perfected my work and continued to grow as a photographer. I soon became the K.C. Weddings photo editor and primary fashion shooter for the magazine. It's in that position that I truly found my love of photographing the female figure. When I left The Star in 2008 I decided to continue my passion as a full time photographer and have never looked back. I have literally had hundreds of women in front of my camera and I can't wait to work with you!
